My own healing and self growth journey began following the loss of a very significant person in my life. This experience ignited my passion for helping others navigate their own life challenges. Through introspection and my own counselling work as the client, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of myself and achieved greater self awareness. This fuels my commitment to create a safe, empathetic space for each individual to explore within, because it is what fostered the change within myself.

Counselling is a professional, collaborative process where a trained counsellor helps individuals, couples, or groups explore and address emotional, psychological, or relational issues. Through talking and various therapeutic techniques, counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
I want to walk alongside each individual while they embark on their own journey of healing and self discovery, by creating a warm, safe space that nurtures authenticity and empowers personal growth that is unique for everyone. I believe that healing is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.
As a counsellor, my person-centered and trauma-informed approach emphasizes holistic well-being, focusing on emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. I customize the work to an individual’s unique needs integrating tools from various modalities such as CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, and Somatics.
